DESCRIPTION:Physics motivation of charged lepton flavor violation (cLFV) w
 ith muons\, which has attract much attention from theorists and experiment
 alists\, is discussed. An experimental proposal to search for muon to elec
 tron conversion in a muonic atom\, which is one of the cLFV processes\, at
  a sensitivity of better than 10^{-16} at J-PARC (called the COMET experim
 ent) is presented. Future prospect to search for the same process at a sen
 sitivity of better than 10^{-18}\, called the PRISM/PRIME experiment\, is 
 also mentioned. And the R&D for the COMET and PRISM/PRIME will be given\, 
 together with the on-going project to construct a muon source of 10^{8} mu
 on/sec at Osaka University (the MUSIC project) is described as a prototype
