Minutes from IFIC TileCal meeting Valencia - CERN 6th July 2007
At CERN: Arantxa, Bruce, Jalal, Ximo.
At Valencia: Alberto, Carlos, Emilio, Juan, Victoria.

CERN status (Jalal):
Constraints on access to the front-end. Continue refurbishment effort. Accelerate EBC commissioning. Daily DVS tests and runs. Working on TTC fiber length. TDAQ DVS upgrades.
Current developments ongoing:

• DDC almost done
• DVS decoder almost done
• DVS main body test done
• Individual tests ongoing
• Plotter done
• Mezzanine address done
• Digitizer address ongoing

TDAQ Developments (Carlos):
Continue developments until tilecal week. Start migration to tdaq-01-08-00 and SLC4. Try first in the lab. Install in the pit during the ROS technical run.

OMB status (Alberto):
Board delivered at the end of next week.

Athena OF status (Ximo):
Updates on TileCal jobOptions. Working on documentation. OFC calculation almost done. Expect better resolution than manyamps in OF without pileup. First results in OF with pileup. Still to use correct OFC.

TrigTileMuId status (Arantxa):
Two branches (one for each atlas release). Run offline for M3, expect online for M4. Start TileMuHypo, Roi inputs and LVL2 chains. TrigTileRODMuAlg shows good timing. Finishing L2 encoding.

Analysis topics (Bruce):
Interesting channels for first years:

• MSSM H->tautau->lh
• MSSM H->mumu
• Inclusive SUSY with Jets+ETmiss

AOB:
New project to collaborate with Rio group for next year.
Stays at CERN: Ximo, Arantxa, Carlos until the end of the year.
