DESCRIPTION:I report on the first complete next-to-leading order calculati
 on of W + 3 jet production at hadron colliders\, based on arXiv:0902.2760.
  The loop matrix elements are calculated by the newly developed code Black
 Hat which uses unitarity techniques. The real correction and subtraction t
 erms are provided by the event generator Sherpa. Results are compared Teva
 tron data\, where the agreement is significantly improved compared to lead
 ing order calculations. First predictions for LHC are presented.\n\nhttps:
