DESCRIPTION:Recent results from B->J/psi K_s CP asymmetries are still some
 what lower than the SM expectations. In this talk\, we present the predict
 ions for this asymmetry in two minimal extensions of the SM. In the first 
 part\, a generic MSSM with arbitrary soft breaking terms at the GUT scale 
 is analyzed and we find that moderate deviations from the SM predictions a
 re naturally accommodated. Finally an extension of the SM with the additio
 n of a vector like down quark is presented as a typical model where large
