DESCRIPTION:Magnetic fields in the solar convective zone may have a random
  small-scale component with the r.m.s. value substantially exceeding the s
 trength of a regular large-scale field. A proper account of its influence 
 for the case of two oscillating Majorana neutrinos with nonzero transition
  magnetic moments and nonzero mixing angle brings in the possibility of ap
