DESCRIPTION:We analyze in detail the problem of gauge invariance of the de
 eply vitual Compton scattering (DVCS) amplitude. Taking into account twist
 -3 one-gluon exchange diagram contributions and the QCD equations of motio
 n\, we derive the general gauge invariant expression of the nucleon DVCS a
 mplitude. Using the derived amplitude\, the single-spin asymmetries for bo
 th case of longitudinally polarized lepton and of longitudinally polarized
