DESCRIPTION:The oscillation of electron-type neutrinos is the most likely\
, yet not unambiguously established\, solution to the 30 year old solar ne
utrino puzzle. I will describe solar neutrino oscillations\, including mat
ter effect\, in very simple terms\, and discuss how they solve the solar n
eutrino puzzle. I will present a conservative view of the current experime
ntal situation\, and in particular discuss what is and is not known about
the solar neutrino parameter space. Finally\, I will describe how the resu
lts of future low energy solar neutrino experiments will play a crucial ro
le in establishing unambiguously the oscillation of solar neutrinos.\n\nht
