DESCRIPTION:I am going (hopefully) to show you that it is possible to acco
 unt for all the experimental indications for neutrino oscillations with ju
 st three neutrinos. While exploring the phenomenological consequences of s
 uch three neutrinos\, I will argue that regardless of the outcome of the f
 uture LB experiments additional information will be needed to unambiguousl
 y decide among the different scenarios of neutrino mixing. I will also car
 ry with me a huge amount of photographs of my own experiment (a Spanish-Ar
 gentinian-German collaboration)\, Rodrigo\, which can be shown by request.
