DESCRIPTION:As it is known\, it is conceivable that the spontaneous breakd
 own of chiral symmetry occur without the formation of a quark-antiquark co
 ndensate. Admitting this possibility results in some complications\, which
 \, however\, can be systematically accounted for in the framework of Gener
 alized Chiral Perturbation Theory. After contructing the SU(2)XSU(2) gener
 alized lagrangian and renormalizing it at one loop level\, I will focus on
  two processes\, very sensitive to the size of the quark condensate: elast
 ic pi-pi scattering and the decays tau -> 3 pi nu(tau).\n\nhttps://indico.
