DESCRIPTION:We discuss in detail the implementation of a Wilsonian RG for 
 gauge theories. This is then applied to QCD in axial gauges to show -among
 st others- that the spurious propagator divergences of pert. theory are ab
 sent. For thermal QCD we construct a gauge invariant flow for thermal fluc
