DESCRIPTION:Recently the first results have been obtained for 2-loop corre
 ctions to charged particle decays: t-->Wb and semileptonic b-->c transitio
 ns. Applications to the V_{cb} determination will be presented. Also the l
 eading electroweak corrections to b-->s+gamma will be discussed.\nTechniqu
 es of such calculations will be described\, including methods of computing
  Feynman diagrams such as eikonal and threshold expansions. These methods 
 are applicable to the description of production\, scattering\, and decays 
 of heavy quarks. Further applications and open questions will be discussed
 \, in particular in the bound state problems of QCD and QED.\n\nhttps://in
