DESCRIPTION:We perform a model-independent analysis of Flavour Changing Ne
 utral Currents and CP-violating processes in SUSY\, deriving constraints o
 n the flavour-changing parameters of general SUSY extensions of the SM. We
  then discuss\, on the basis of these constraints\, possible deviations fr
 om the SM expectations for CP asymmetries in B decays. In particular\, we 
 discuss the determination of the angle beta of the unitarity triangle from
