DESCRIPTION:It has been pointed out recently that low energy constraints s
till allow for sizable rates for lepton flavor violating Higgs decays. Bra
nching ratios for H-> tau-mu as large as 10 percent are possible in princi
ple for the 125 GeV boson. In this talk I will discuss about this possibil
ity in some detail\, describing the rich complementarity between the inten
sity and the energy frontiers in this respect. I will aso motivate\, based
on current knowledge of the 125 GeV boson properties\, why is it importan
t to look also for heavier Higgs bosons in the tau-mu channel.\n\nhttps://
