Please register
here for tracking the payment of the conference fee, participation of
accompanying persons in the social events, and booking of accomodation. Fees will
be paid in cash (Euros) upon arrival . We regret that we cannot accept neither
bank cheques nor credit cards. Accommodation should be paid directly to your
hotel.

We have pre-booked a limited number of rooms at the following hotels. It is
highly recommended an earlier registration. Please notice that pre-booking
expires on January 6th at Hotels Venecia and Sorolla, and on January 12th at NH

NH Center ****
This is the main hotel of the Workshop. Lunches will be given there. It is at
walking distance from the conference site. From the airport, take the
metro line number 3 (red) to Ángel Guimerá station, and then change to
Line 1 (yellow) to Turia station (one stop).
Hotel Venecia ** and Hotel Sorolla ***
Located in the heart of the city center, also at walking distance from the
conference site (15 min.). Close to the main train station Estación del
Norte, and the metro station Xátiva which directly connects you with
the airport (red line number 3).

NH Express las Artes ***
Located in front of the City of Science and
Arts. The conference site can be reached by bus: lines
35 and 95. Tickets for 10 trips (Bonobus) cost 5.65 Eur. and can be bought
at any tobacconist or kiosk.

Transportation
Plain
The Manises
airport is served by several national and low cost airlines. Please notice
that Ryanair has recently cancelled several routes.
Taxi
You'll find a taxi rank located directly outside the airport terminal building.
The journey into the centre of the town takes around 15 minutes and costs

Metro
Line 3 (red) brings you from the airport to the city centre in about 20 minutes.
It runs until 12
pm. A single ticket from the airport to the city costs 1.90 Eur. (zone AB). To
move inside the city (zone A) it is quite convenient to buy a ticket for 10
trips for 6.50 Eur. at the authomatic machines, otherwise a single ticket costs
1.40 Eur. A new system of rechargeable cards has been introduced since 1st of
January 2009.
The cards on paper have an additional cost of 1 Eur. , the cards on PVC cost 2
Eur.
Bus
Several bus lines cover the whole city. As for the metro, it is quite convenient
to buy a ticket for 10 trips (Bonobus) for 6 Eur. at any tobacconist or kiosk.
Train
The Madrid and Barcelona airports are also well connected with Valencia by train.
Return ticket costs about 60 Eur. From the Barcelona airport, take the local
train (cercanías) to Barcelona Sants train station (every 15 min.).
Trains depart to Valencia every hour. From
Madrid-Barajas, take the metro to
Nuevos Ministerios, then change line to Tribunal station, and
change again till Atocha-Renfe. Frequent trains depart to Valencia from
Atocha train station.
