Physics at future e+e- colliders
by Dr. Jenny List (DESY)
Thursday, 22 March 2018 from to (Europe/Madrid)
A high-energy electron-positron collider would be an ideal complement to the LHC and its high-luminosity upgrade. A variety of such projects are being studied and will be discussed e.g. in the upcoming renewal of the European strategy for particle physics, the most mature one being the International Linear Collider, which is corrently under political consideration in Japan. This presentation reviews the current state of planning as well as the physics prospects offered by the proposed e+e- colliders, reaching from Higgs and electroweak precision measurements via top physics to Dark Matter and other new phenomena.
